Haukkavuori nature trail in Eastern Finland is a short trail near the town of Simpele that goes through the cliffs on the Haukkavuori Hill and the nearby forest. I went there in morning and took some pictures from the cliffs and the forest. The views from the cliffs were okay, nothing too special. The trail through the forest went also through a field with ticks that I had to pick off from my jacket afterwards. I still got some nice pictures from there. The color images are taken with a digital camera while the black-and-white images were taken with film.

The hills were located next to the Sarajärvi lake, and they had a nice view to the surrounding countryside. Some fog had formed at the lake during morning and was still visible when I arrived.

The forest and the rest of the path were not too interesting but here are some pictures from there anyways.
