Here are some pictures I took from an evening at the Taipale Canal in the city of Varkaus, where I moved recently. Since the weather has been very cloudy for every weekend, I only have had time to take pictures during a sunny day after work. This canal is located close and the path near it is short enough that I had time to actully go there before it got dark.

The pictures here are taken with a new zoom lens I recently got for my digital camera. I also tried a diffusion filter while taking some of these pictures.
