Here are some pictures I took from the Hyyppänvuori hill near the city of Jyväskylä in Finland. There is a short trail from a parking place next to a small dirt road to the hill that goes through the forest around the hill. From the hill, there is a nice view towards the Lievestuoreenjärvi lake to the north, but there are alot of trees that obstruct the views towards other directions.
The path to the hill was pretty good for winter. Although I went away from the main path to one that led to a cabin on the coast of a small lake. This path was much less maintained.

Most of the views from the hill were behind trees. There were a few places from which there was a very nice view of the Lievestuoreenjärvi lake and the forests around it.

Because it was a pretty cold day, I decided to leave instead of waiting for sunset at the hill. The path I took was only about 3 km long and it would have been shorter if I had not went to the cabin.
