Here are some pictures I took from two hills in the city of Kuopio in winter. The first hill is Puijo hill, where there is a ski jumping ramp and an observation tower. The tower was closed when I went there. The Kallavesi lake around the city is visible from the top. The second hill is the Neulamäki hill, where there is an opening from which the lake is also visible.

From the Puijo hill, there was a nice view to the frozen Kallavesi lake to the west. Stairs from the top of the hill went next to the ski jumping ramp to the bottom of the hill, where there was residential areas and forests from which the will was visible from.

After getting back up the Puijo hill, I went to another hill called Neulamäki, where I arrived before sunset. On the top of the hill, there was an opening with less trees from where the Kallavesi lake could be seen. This was a short walk away from residential areas on the hill and many people came to watch the sunset from the opening.
