I took the following pictures from the town of Liperi during early spring. The snow had mostly melted but the only greens were from the plants that remained green during winter as the rest did not have time to grow back yet. I walked from the church in the town in to the countryside through mostly dirt roads. The weather was good and the nature was starting to look alive after winter.

The church was the largest building in the town and was visible far from the countryside above the trees.

The winter was just over and there was not much green in the fields yet.
