Here are some pictures I took during a walk along the coast of the Pieksänjärvi Lake at the town of Pieksämäki. There is a nice trail going along the coast next to the town. During the evening I took these pictures, there was some rain at the town. By the time I started my walk, the rainclouds had already moved away from the town while some remained over the lake. Even though the scenes looked nice, there was also a constant swarm of mosquitos since the town is next to a swamp in addition to a lake.

The trail on the coast of the Pieksänjärvi Lake has beaches and forests along it. There is a nice view of the lake from few places.

There are many different plants growing in the forests along the coast.

Later in the evening, the clouds arrived closer to the town again and blocked the sun.
