I took some pictures near a short nature trail near the city of Kuopio in Finland. The trail starts from the countryside at the town of Haminalahti and goes to the hills next to the Haminalahti Bay which is part of the larger Kallavesi Lake around Kuopio.

There were not many views of the landscapes from the hills, so I took mostly pictures from the plants at the trail.

While most views from the hills were blocked by trees, there were some openings from which the Haminalahti Bay and the surrounding countryside was visible.

The trail was only a few kilometers long, however there is a wide variety of plants on this short path.
