During a morning at the city of Savonlinna, I went for a short walk along the coast of the Saimaa Lake and took some pictures in the city. I walked from a small port to the Olavinlinna Castle. There were some clouds that made the contrast of the scenes vary as they moved to block and reveal the sun.

From the small port, I walked past a larger passenger boat with old ships.

The Olavinlinna Castle is near the coast on a separate island that was not accessible this day.
