I took some pictures from the Koli National Park in Eastern Finland during a winter evening. The park has trails through the Koli Hill, many of which are in good condition during winter since it is a popular place. I walked through a short path at the main hill near a hotel. The trip started with nice clear weather and I managed to take a picture of the other hills and the Pielinen Lake from Koli Hill.

After a while, a strong wind started blowing snow from the ground to the air which decreased the visibility at the hill. Everything beyond the slope of the hill eventually disappeared from sight.

The sunset looked impressive in the snowstorm as the sunlight was spread in the sky by the snow.
