The Kurjenrahka National Park is a park in Western Finland that consists of mostly swamps. Most of the swamp area is inaccessible, but there are many trails for hiking around them. I walked through parts of a few different trails and took the following pictures during early spring / late winter at the park. While there was little snow, the water in the swamp had a small layer of ice and a lake in the park was still covered in ice.
One path goes along the boundary of the swamp and passes by an observation tower on an island with a nice view of the swamp. I only walked to the tower and then back, since I wanted to see another route before sunset.

Another path I partially walked through goes around the Savojärvi Lake, which is between the Kurjenrahka Swamp and another swamp to the north. I wanted to get a picture of the sunset from the coast of the lake, but thick clouds appeared over the sky before that happened.
