The region of Aulanko in the city of Hämeenlinna in Southern Finland has a large park forest with a nature trail going through it. The trail goes through the forest, past ponds and a lake, and to an observation tower near the coast of the lake. I took the following pictures while walking through a part of the trail. The path I took went around the Aulangonjärvi Lake but skipped the small ponds closer to the city. The observation tower was unfortunately closed the day I went there.
