Here are some miscellanious pictures I took during a few walks in places in the city of Turku in Finland. Most pictures are from the parks of Vartiovuori and Samppalinna, which are next to each other. The Vartiouorenpuisto Park is on a small hill from where there is a view of the city at the edges of the hill. Most of the parks are just paths through the forests at the parks. Some other pictures are from an residential area at Raunistula near the Aurajoki River.

These were taken in early autumn when only very few of the leaves had changed colors or fallen, so the forests were still pretty green.

Near the parks there are both traditional and modern style buildings.

The area at Raunistula where I took some of the pictures has a lot of wooden houses and has trees and other nature between the houses, which makes the place look pretty nice.
